How to prepare a saffron, yogurt and lime mask for the treatment and prevention of pimples and acne

Important note:

When using natural masks, be sure not to be allergic to their ingredients. It is better to test a small amount of it on a small area of your skin before using the mask to make sure of this.

Ingredients

Yogurt 1 teaspoon
Half a teaspoon of lime juice
Half a teaspoon of saffron

How to prepare:

Put saffron in a grinder or blender until it becomes powder.
In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together to form a paste.
Apply the mask on your skin using a brush and wait 10 minutes for it to penetrate the skin.
After the mask is dry, remove it from the face using a sponge or cloth and wash your face with cold water.
Dry your face with gentle strokes of the towel and apply moisturizer.

Properties

Yogurt, lime, and saffron all have antibacterial properties that help fight the microbes that cause pimples. Yogurt contains lactic acid, zinc, and B group vitamins, and if used topically, it helps prevent acne and preserves the skin’s youth. Lemon is a natural astringent that helps unclog pores and reduces oiliness of the skin as it may clog pores and cause breakouts.
